How Does Thrive Work?

Each webinar unit has an important takeaway that can be instantly incorporated into an agent’s business. There are three live sales meeting calls per week with our Thrive professional trainer that participants can attend and ask questions about execution of new concepts learned in the webinars as well as make inquiries about any general issues or challenges they are facing during the week. Thrive’s customized software helps participants lock in successful sales behaviour and identify areas of excellence and those requiring improvement.

As the Thrive team examines the data from our performance software and individual issues are identified, participants are scheduled for a meeting every month to discuss the areas specific to their individual development and success, so their progress continues, and successful sales behaviour is supported and reinforced.

Every month you are invited to attend a live zoom session with our featured guest speaker.  Topics may include understanding body language, the psychology of a consumer, marketing strategies and platforms, understanding social media and many others.

Real Time Correction

There are multiple live sales meeting calls per week available to agents with our Thrive coaches that allows for dynamic troubleshooting and problem-solving during implementation of content in the field. These real time interactions are scheduled regularly throughout the week, so an agent always has real-time support and doesn't miss out on a deal.

Gamification and Accountability

Gamification applies a fun video game format to your work day. Reporting specific metrics, successes and failures by logging in a few minutes a day allows us to highlight what you are doing right and what needs to improve. Participants have anonymous usernames so your production and progress are kept confidential while you view how you are performing compared to your peers and where you need to improve to compete with the top producers.

Behavioural Modification and Reinforcement

As you collect your data from your daily reporting, you can identify the areas that require the most attention. Our performance software allows you to access your sales behaviour profile anywhere, compare your activity with top realtors in the Program and make the right changes and adjustments to increase commissions.

For training to be beneficial, we need to measure changes in behaviour and outcome which is why our sales accountability software tracks reporting during the initial training phases as well as throughout the rest of the year. Agents login and report on specific metrics chosen to give insight into an agent’s sales behaviour. Not only does this program reinforce those positive behavioural changes but it is gamified. Agents are awarded points on reaching certain target metrics. This also means agents can see first-hand what top realtors, under an anonymous username, are earning in dollars and what corresponding point totals they are achieving, so agents can see what is being done and what is necessary to achieve those earnings. Furthermore, through our sales accountability software throughout the year we can see specifically what is hindering an agent’s performance and organize special sessions with agents to address these bottlenecks so they can progress and reach their targets.
